眼针疗法治疗中风气虚血瘀证的研究进展

Research Progress on Eye Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Stroke of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

缺血性中风是临床常见病、多发病。中医学中“风”“痨”“臌”“膈”四大难证的“风”即是中风,其中气虚血瘀证治疗之难,令众多医疗工作者望而却步。笔者在对眼针疗法治疗中风气虚血瘀证的文献进行系统研究的基础上,认为该方向的临床方案值得进一步研究。此文试对此作一探讨,以期使眼针疗法在中风气虚血瘀证的疗效有更多的理论基础,并更为有效地指导临床。

Ischemic stroke is a common and frequently occurring disease. The traditional Chinese medicine once listed stroke as the first of the four difficult syndromes of “wind” “tuberculosis” “tympanic syndrome” and “diaphragmatic syndrome”. Among them, the difficulty in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has deterred many medical workers. On the basis of systematic research on the literature of eye acupuncture therapy in the treatment of stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, the author thinks that the clinical scheme in this direction is worthy of further study. This article tries to make a discussion on this, in order to provide more theoretical basis for the efficacy of eye acupuncture therapy in stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis, and more effective clinical guidance.
