中医药治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折研究进展

为探讨中医药对胸腰椎压缩性骨折治疗的最新研究现状,文章从疾病的中医病因病机、中医内治、中医药外治等方面对中医药治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折相关文献进行系统归纳和总结。中医药治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效确切、不良反应小、安全性高,发展前景良好,适合在临床上广泛应用。不可否认也存在某些问题,如临床研究样本量不足,仍需进一步探索和完善。现将中医药在治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效报道如下。以期学者在治疗该类疾病时启迪思路、获得灵感与经验,最终有利于临床疗效的提高。

Objective To explore the latest research status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods The article summarized and summarized the related literature of TCM treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, internal treatment and external treatment.Conclusion TCM is effective in treating thoracolumbar compression fracture, has low adverse reaction, high safety, good development prospect and is suitable for clinical application. There are some undeniable problems, such as insufficient sample size of clinical research, which still need to be further explored and improved. The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture is reported as follows, in order to inspire scholars in the treatment of this disease, inspiration and experience, and ultimately conducive to the improvement of clinical effect.
