摘要 通过对STP系统电务维护终端记录的计算机联锁信息、地面控制信息、设备状态信息、机车回执信息等数据的深度分析挖掘,可“抽血体检”式地分析出区段距离误差、应答器质量、无线电通信质量、车载设备状态、地面设备接口通断、计算机联锁系统/LKJ异常等设备故障隐患。以现场数据为例,详细介绍基于数据分析的STP系统创新运维方法在设备健康状态监测、故障感知预警、运用优化提升等方面的实用效果。 Through the in-depth analysis and mining of the computer interlocking information,ground control information,equipment status information,locomotive receipt information and other data recorded by the STP system communication&signaling maintenance terminal,the hidden trouble of equipment failure such as section distance error,balise quality,radio communication quality,on-board equipment status,ground equipment interface connection and disconnection,computer interlocking system/LKJ abnormality can be analyzed in the form of“blood sampling for physical examination”.Taking the field data as an example,this paper introduces in detail the practical effect of the innovative O&M method of STP system based on data analysis in terms of equipment health status monitoring,failure awareness and early warning,application optimization and improvement,etc.
