摘要
急性肾损伤(Acute kidney injury,AKI)是多种因素所引起的急性肾实质损害,发病原因众多,机制复杂。此文对药物、脓毒血症、缺血再灌注损伤、大手术、横纹肌溶解等多种因素所导致AKI的分子机制进行综述,并对近年来中药及其有效成分治疗AKI的进展进行总结,旨为AKI的治疗提供有价值的文献资料。
Acute kidney injury(AKI)is an acute kidney parenchymal damage caused by a variety of factors,with many causes and complex mechanisms.This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of AKI caused by various factors such as drugs,sepsis,ischemia-reperfusion injury,major surgery,rhabdomyolysis,and summarizes the progress of Chinese medicine and its active ingredients in the treatment of AKI in recent years.Aim to provide valuable literature for the treatment of AKI.
