针刺吕景山对穴组方对椎动脉型颈椎病模型兔ET及CGRP的影响

Effect of Acupuncture at Lyu Jingshan Couple Points on ET and CGRP in Rabbits with Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察针刺吕景山对穴“后溪、列缺”“后溪、束骨”“后溪、列缺、束骨”对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)模型兔血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素相关肽(CGRP)的影响,探讨“吕景山对穴”治疗CSA的部分作用机制。方法在造模前测定正常家兔血浆ET及CGRP含量,用硬化剂注射法建立兔椎动脉型颈椎病模型,造模成功的40只家兔随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组10只,造模成功3 d开始对4组分别给予针刺“后溪、列缺”“后溪、束骨”“后溪、列缺、束骨”和常规饲养不予针刺的处理,针刺每日1次,连续针刺28 d。分别于造模开始前、造模后、针刺(或常规饲养)第7天、第14天、第28天,测定血浆相关因子(ET、CGRP)。结果CSA造模兔血浆ET和CGRP含量异常;针刺对穴“后溪、列缺”“后溪、束骨”“后溪、列缺、束骨”均可降低血浆ET含量、升高CGRP含量,其中“后溪、列缺”“后溪、束骨”组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而“后溪、列缺、束骨”与前2组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺对穴组方能降低CSA模型兔血浆ET含量;提高CGRP含量,可能通过改善椎动脉痉挛、缺血对CSA起治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Lyu Jingshan couple points on the intervention of ET and CGRP of cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy(CSA)model rabbits at“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7)”,“Houxi(SI3),Shugu(BL65)”and“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7),Shugu(BL65)”,and to explore the partial mechanism of“Lyu Jingshan couple points”in the treatment of CSA.Methods The plasma ET and CGRP contents of normal rabbits were determined before modeling,and the model of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis was established by sclerotherapy injection.The 40 rabbits successfully modeled were randomly divided into four groups:A,B,C and D,with 10 rabbits in each group.After three days of successful modeling,the four groups were treated with acupuncture of“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7)”“Houxi(SI3),Shugu(BL65)”and“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7),Shugu(BL65)”,and conventional feeding without acupuncture,once a day,continuously for 28 days.Plasma related factors(ET,CGRP)were measured before and after modeling,7,14,28 days after acupuncture(or conventional feeding).Results The contents of ET and CGRP in plasma of CSA model rabbits were abnormal.The plasma ET content was decreased and the plasma CGRP content was increased in the“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7)”“Houxi(SI3),Shugu(BL65)”and“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7),Shugu(BL65)”groups by acupuncture,but there was no significant difference in the“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7)”and“Houxi(SI3),Shugu(BL65)”groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences between“Houxi(SI3),Lieque(LU7),Shugu(BL65)”and the former two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Lyu Jingshan couple points can reduce the plasma ET content in CSA model rabbits,and increasing the content of CGRP may have a therapeutic effect on CSA by improving vertebral artery spasm and ischemia.
