归脾丸联合神阙贴敷治疗心脾两虚型失眠

Clinical Observation on Guipi Pill Combined with Shenque(CV8)Point Application in the Treatment of Insomnia with Deficiency of Heart and Spleen for 25 Cases

目的观察归脾丸内服联合神阙穴贴敷治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床效果。方法将严格筛选入组的50例心脾两虚型失眠患者用Excel软件随机分组功能分成对照组和研究组,2组均25例。对照组给予归脾丸口服治疗,研究组给予归脾丸口服联合神阙穴贴敷治疗,持续治疗4周并比较2组治疗效果。结果研究组失眠改善率92.00%高于对照组68.00%(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,2组“多梦易醒”“心悸健忘”“肢体倦怠”中医症状评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论归脾丸内服联合神阙穴贴敷能充分缓解心脾两虚型失眠中医症状,提高失眠改善率和睡眠质量,是值得推广的中医内外并治疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guipi pill combined with Shenque(CV8)point application in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen.Methods 50 insomnia patients with deficiency of heart and spleen were randomly divided into control group and study group by Excel software.There were 25 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with Guipi pill and the study group was treated with Guipi pill combined with Shenque(CV8)point application for 4 weeks,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement rate of insomnia in the study group was 92.00%which was higher than 68.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of“dreaminess and easy to wake up”“palpitation and forgetfulness”and“limb burnout”and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI)scores in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Guipi pill combined with Shenque(CV8)acupoint application can fully alleviate the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen,improve the improvement rate of insomnia and sleep quality,and is worthy of promotion.
