小针刀配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Small Needle Knife and Haitongpi Decoction Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of Periarthrite Scapulohumerale

目的评价小针刀配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在沈阳市中医院接受治疗的40例肩关节周围炎患者,按随机数字表法随机将其分成2组,即治疗组与对照组,每组20例,治疗组采用小针刀配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗,对照组采用单纯小针刀治疗。每周进行1次小针刀的治疗,海桐皮汤熏洗治疗每天1次,每周5次,小针刀治疗当天不进行熏洗治疗,治疗周期为期3周。观察治疗组与对照组的临床疗效,比较2组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和马利特评分(Mallet score)。结果对照组和治疗组的疗效、VAS评分及Mallet评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小针刀配合海桐皮汤熏洗治疗肩周炎具有较好的临床疗效,可明显减轻疼痛,改善肩关节功能。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of small needle knife combined with Haitongpi decoction in the treatment of periarthrite scapulohumerale.Methods 40 patients with periarthrite scapulohumerale who were treated in Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the treatment group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with small needle knife combined with Haitongpi decoction fumigation,and the control group was treated with small needle knife,treatment of small needle knife once a week,Haitongpi decoction fumigation treatment once a day,5 times a week,no fumigation treatment on the day of small needle knife treatment.The treatment cycle was 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)and mallet score of the two groups was compared.Results the curative effect,VAS and Mallet score between the control group and the treatment group was compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The small needle knife combined with Haitongpi decoction fumigation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of periarthrite scapulohumerale,which can significantly reduce pain and improve shoulder joint function.
