从《医学衷中参西录》谈张锡纯应用山药特色

Discussion on the Characteristics of Zhang Xichun’s Application of Yam from Records of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination

张锡纯是近代中西医汇通的先驱者,一生精研医学,建树颇丰,其倡导“合中西而融贯为一”的治学理念,尤为后世称道。在著作《医学衷中参西录》中,张锡纯对山药提出了深刻认识,并灵活运用于临床,巧用山药治疗虚劳发热、咳喘、消渴、泄泻等疾病。张锡纯对山药进行灵活应用,常用山药配伍白术、赭石、牛蒡子、半夏等,且擅长大剂量单味应用;在剂型方面,以善用粥剂,注重食补为特色。其独特的思路和丰富的经验,对后代医家的临床实践具有重要的指导意义。

Zhang Xichun,a pioneer of modern traditional Chinese and western medicine,devoted his life to the study of medicine and made many achievements.He advocated the philosophy of“integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine”,which was particularly praised by later generations.Zhang Xichun put forward a deep understanding of yam in his book Records of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination,and used it flexibly in clinic.He skillfully used yam to treat diseases such as fever,asthmatic cough,diabetes and diarrhea.Zhang Xichun used yam flexibly.Yam was commonly used with atractylodis,ochre,burtium,pinellia ternate,etc.And he was good at large dose single flavor application.In terms of dosage form,it is characterized by making good use of porridge and paying attention to food tonic.His unique thinking and rich experience have important guiding significance to the clinical practice of later generations of doctors.
