摘要
随着社会竞争和压力的增加,抑郁症发病率也在急剧升高。大学生作为抑郁症的易感人群,其身心健康受到严重影响,应引起重视。中医治疗本病方式多样,且疗效显著,现结合抑郁症的病因病机对中医药治疗大学生抑郁症的研究进行综述,总结针刺、灸法、推拿、耳穴贴敷、五行音乐、中药复方、中国传统运动等疗法对大学生抑郁症的作用机制,为中医药防治大学生抑郁症提供新的思路。
With the increase of social competition and pressure,the incidence of depression is also rising sharply.As a susceptible group of depression,college students’physical and mental health is seriously affected,which should be paid more attention to.Way of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease is diversiform,and the curative effect is distinct,according to the etiology and pathogenesis of depression treatment of traditional Chinese medicine college students.Now the research of depression were reviewed,the mechanism of acupuncture,moxibustion,massage,auricular point sticking,five elements of music,traditional Chinese medicine compound,traditional Chinese sports and other therapies on depression of college students was summarized,providing a new idea for the prevention and treatment of depression of college students with traditional Chinese medicine.
