摘要
布鲁氏菌病是遍布全球170多个国家和地区的人兽共患传染病。人感染布鲁氏菌后临床表现多样,其诊断方法备受关注。近年来,免疫磁珠分离、飞行时间质谱鉴定以及宏基因组测序等新技术应用于对布鲁氏菌的检测。本文将对目前国内外对布鲁氏菌分离培养、生化鉴定、快速检测方法的研究进展进行阐述并比较其优缺点,为布鲁氏菌的实验室检测提供参考。
Brucellosis is a worldwide zoonotic infection affecting more than 170 countries and regions.The clinical manifestations in humans are variable and unspecific,and the diagnostic method is always the focus of the research.New technologies such as magnetic beads isolation,MALDI-TOF MS and mNGS were explored in recent years.In this paper,we described the research progress of isolation culture,biochemical reaction and nucleic acid amplification and summarized the advantages and disadvantages.,so as to provide reference for the laboratory detection of Brucella.
