芒果树叶天然染料对丝绸的染色性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以芒果树叶为染材,采用煎煮法萃取天然染料对丝绸织物进行染色,以硫酸亚铁为媒染剂,通过实验分析染色温度、染色时间和媒染工艺对丝绸染色性能的影响,测试染色织物的耐洗色牢度、耐光色牢度、耐水色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明:媒染工艺提高了丝绸的颜色特征值及色牢度,染色织物各项色牢度均在3~4级,达到了B类检测标准,符合服装使用要求。 Taking mango leaves as dyeing material, natural dyes extracted by decocting method were used to dye silk fabrics, and ferrous sulfate was used as mordant. The effects of dyeing temperature, dyeing time and mordant dyeing process on silk dyeing properties were analyzed through experiments, and the color fastness to washing, color fastness to light, color fastness to water and color fastness to friction of the dyed fabrics were tested. The results show that the mordant dyeing process improves the color characteristic value and color fastness of silk, and the color fastness of dyed fabrics is grade 3 to 4, which meets the class B detection standard and meets the use requirements of clothing.
