一种智能温控服装的研究与应用

摘要 当今社会,随着经济的快速发展,人类的生活水平得到了极大提高,对生命健康安全的追求日益强烈,对工作和生活环境也有更加严格的标准。在这方面需重点关注的是从事特殊职业的群体(消防、生化、航天、航海、军事等领域工作人员),他们从事的工作会涉及相当恶劣的自然环境和人为环境,这对他们的生命安全和工作效率构成了极大的挑战和考验。因此,若能制造出一款有智能温控功能的防护服装,对从事特殊工作的群体来说将是雪中送炭。文章详细介绍了一种服装用水循环热传导系统的工作原理,该系统以水为热能载体,通过对系统内的循环水进行温控并沿预设在服装内部的导管传输至全身,参与身体的热能交换。利用该系统可达到特种服装在特殊工作环境下保持与调控人体体温的目的,进而提高安装该系统服装的生命保障效能与着装人员的工作效率。 In today’s society, with the rapid development of the economy, human living standards have been greatly improved, the pursuit of life, health and safety has become increasingly strong, and there are more strict standards for work and living environment. In this regard, it is necessary to focus on the groups engaged in special occupations(professional workers in fire fighting, biochemistry, aerospace, navigation, military and other fields), their work will involve a very bad natural environment and man-made environment, which poses a great challenge and test to their life safety and work efficiency.Therefore, if we can produce a protective clothing with intelligent temperature control function, it will be a timely help for groups engaged in special work. This paper introduces the working principle of a clothing water circulating heat conduction system in detail. The system takes water as the heat energy carrier, controls the temperature of the circulating water in the system and transmits it to the whole body along the preset conduit in the clothing to participate in the heat energy exchange of the body. The system can be used to maintain and regulate the body temperature by special clothing in special working environment, so as to improve the life guarantee efficiency of clothing installed with the system and the work efficiency of dressing personnel.
