摘要
师范类专业认证是规范、引导师范专业建设,提升教师教育质量的重要举措,同时也对教师教育课程与教学提出新的要求。对照专业标准,我国教师教育课程存在着总体占比小、结构不合理,内容过于“理论化”、缺乏整合,实践类课程薄弱、理论难以联系实践等问题。在师范类专业认证背景下,应优化教师教育课程结构,提高总体占比;注重教师教育课程内容的生活性、整合课程内容;加强教师教育实践课程建设,注重师范生实践能力的培养以及构建多元教师教育课程评价标准,丰富评价方式。为我国教育事业培养高质量教师队伍。
Normal major certification is an important measure to standardize and guide the construction of normal majors and improve the quality of teacher education,and it also puts forward new requirements for teacher education curriculum and teaching.Compared with professional standards,there are problems in Chinese teacher education courses such as small overall proportion,unreasonable structure,too“theoretical”content,lack of integration,weak practical courses,and theory difficult to contact practice.Under the background of normal education certification,we should optimize the structure of teacher education curriculum,improve the overall proportion,focus on the life of teacher education curriculum content,strengthen the construction of teacher education practice curriculum,lay stress on the cultivation of normal students practical ability and build the evaluation standards of multiple teacher education curriculum,enrich the evaluation methods so as to cultivate high-quality teachers for Chinese education cause.
