摘要
为了解决宇航产品单机设计过程中研制周期长、成本高、工作量大的情况,提出一种面向宇航产品的设计优化方法。该方法对传统设计流程中的需求分析、概念设计、初步设计和详细设计进行改进,提出了需求仿真分析、基于动作分解的概念设计、初步设计中的工效学仿真、详细设计中的拓扑优化及尺寸参数优化,有效缩短了研制周期,产品的功能有效性也得到了认可。
In order to solve the problems of long development cycle,high cost and heavy workload in the process of single machine design of aerospace products,a design optimization method for aerospace products is proposed to improve traditional design process,including demand analysis,conceptual design,preliminary design and detailed design,and the demand simulation analysis,conceptual design based on action decomposition,ergonomic simulation in preliminary design,topology optimization and size parameter optimization in detailed design are carried out,which effectively shortens the development cycle.The functional effectiveness of the product is acknowledged.
