疏肝健脾法在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的应用

Application of Soothing Liver and Invigorating Spleen Therapy in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种病因未明的常见消化系统疑难病。中医药治疗该病具有标本兼治、不良反应小、远期疗效好等优势。各医家对于本病多从湿热、血瘀论治,但近年研究发现,情志因素在诱发UC、影响其转归复发中所起的作用越来越显著,临床上肝郁脾虚证患者多见,采用疏肝健脾法治疗本病疗效颇佳。现从肝脾生理特性、病机变化、临床方药等多个方面探讨疏肝健脾法在UC中的应用。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a common and refractory digestive system disease of unknown pathogenesis.The therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can address both symptoms and root causes and has little side effects and good long-term therapeutic effect in the treatment of this disease.The traditional treatment of UC mainly focuses on dampness-heat and blood stasis.However,increasing studies have demonstrated that emotional factors play a role in inducing the occurrence and recurrence of UC.The patients with the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency were common in clinical practice,which can be treated with the therapy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen.This article expounds the application of the therapy of soothing liver and invigorating spleen in the treatment of UC from the physiological characteristics of liver and spleen,pathological changes,and clinical prescriptions.
