高质量发展背景下创建国家级学科平台的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Constructing National Discipline Platform under the Background of High-Quality Development

建设国家医学中心、区域医疗中心和临床医学研究中心等国家级平台,打造高水平医院,是构建公立医院高质量发展新体系的关键。文章基于相关政策的梳理,提炼国家级学科平台建设关键点,并以华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院为例,阐述国家级学科平台申建思路:攻关核心技术、发展临床研究、培育领军团队、优化管理机制等,以期为加快国家医学中心、区域医疗中心等建设提供经验借鉴和案例参考。

Building a high-level hospital with the national medical center,regional medical center and national clinical medical research center is the key to building a new system of high-quality development of public hospitals. On the basis of combing the related policies,refining the key point of constructing the state-level key discipline platform,and taking Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology as examples,expounding the ideas for the construction of a national discipline platform: tackling key technologies,developing clinical research,cultivating leading teams,optimizing management mechanism,etc.,in order to accelerate the construction of the national medical center,regional medical center,provide experience and case for references.
