高质量发展视角下医疗联合体建设的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Medical Alliance in from the Perspective of High-Quality Development

构建公立医院高质量发展新体系是推动公立医院高质量发展的首要要求。通过简要回顾相关政策演进历程,结合高质量发展背景下医疗联合体建设更加注重医防融合、能力提升的新要求,从顶层设计、人员管理、信息支撑等方面详细剖析大型公立医院主导的多种类型医疗联合体建设实践,并针对实践中出现的问题提出细化医保政策、加强共享信息平台建设、加大公共卫生投入等建议。

Constructing a new system of high quality development of public hospitals is the primary requirement to promote the high quality development of public hospitals. It briefly reviews the evolution of relevant policies,refined the new requirements of high-quality development for large-scale public hospital-led medical joint construction,such as medical and prevention collaboration and capacity improvement,and introduces in detail the construction of multiple types of medical joint construction led by large-scale public hospitals from aspects of top-level design,personnel management and information support. In view of the problems in practice,suggestions are put forward,such as refining medical insurance policy,strengthening the construction of information sharing platform and increasing public health investment.
