摘要
近期,新冠肺炎疫情在我国多地局部散在传播。在加强疫情防控的同时,作为新冠肺炎救治定点医院,在机制建设与管理流程上悄然发生着改变。文章通过探讨综合医院在作为新冠肺炎救治定点医院后面临的困惑与挑战,阐述了对“平”转“战”时期定点医院如何快速构建管理机制和重塑管理流程以及解除封闭管理后综合医院有序收尾安全复诊等工作内容。
Recently,COVID-19 has been spread in many regions of China. While strengthening epidemic prevention and control,hospitals designated for COVID-19 treatment are quietly changing their institutional building and management processes. By exploring the confusion and challenges faced by general hospitals as designated hospitals for COVID-19 treatment,how to quickly build management mechanism and reshape management process of designated hospitals during the period of “peace” to “war” was expounded. After the closure management is lifted,the general hospital should finish the work contents such as safe return visits in an orderly manner.
