试剂改良消除黄疸标本对磷检测的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的对强生干化学法、磷钼酸盐单试剂法、磷钼酸盐双试剂法测定黄疸标本无机磷比较分析,探讨单试剂改良双试剂后消除黄疸标本对磷检测的影响。方法选择重度黄疸的血清标本32例,正常标本30例,分别在强生干化学350和贝克曼AU5800两台生化仪上进行血清无机磷测定,同时贝克曼AU5800生化分析仪上采用单试剂和改良后的双试剂检测无机磷,并对所测结果进行统计学分析。结果黄疸标本在两台全自动生化仪上所测结果比较均有明显差别(P<0.01),干化学组和双试剂组有良好的相关性。正常标本在两台全自动生化分析仪上所测结果差异无统计学意义,且相关性良好。结论黄疸标本用改良后的双试剂检测血清无机磷,结果较单试剂干扰更小,其准确度和精密度更高,能够适用于自动分析,有利于提高工作效率,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To analyze the determination of inorganic phosphorus in jaundice samples by Johnson dry chemical method,phosphomolybdate single reagent method and phosphomolybdate double reagent method,and to explore the effect of eliminating jaundice samples on phosphorus detection after the improvement of single reagent and double reagent.Methods 32 serum samples of severe jaundice and 30 normal samples were selected to determine the inorganic phosphorus in serum using Johnson dry chemistry 350 and Beckmann AU5800 biochemical analyzer,respectively.At the same time,Beckmann AU5800 biochemical analyzer with single reagent or improved double reagent was used to detect the inorganic phosphorus,and the measured results were statistically analyzed.Results The results of jaundice samples measured by two automatic biochemical instruments were significantly different(P<0.01),and there was a good correlation between the dry chemistry group and the double reagent group.There was no significant difference in the results of normal samples measured on two automatic biochemical analyzers,and the correlation was acceptable.Conclusion The improved double reagent for the detection of serum inorganic phosphorus in jaundice samples has less interference than the single reagent,and its accuracy and precision are higher.It can be applied to automatic analysis,which is conducive to improve current work efficiency,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
