摘要
为满足机器人状态监控的信息化以及远程化需求,设计了基于云计算的机器人状态实时监控系统。利用基础设施层的状态采集传感器采集机器人状态信息,采用以太网将所采集的机器人状态数据传送至数据采集模块中;利用Reactor模式开发系统的远程监控模块,识别机器人状态后将识别结果展示至用户,实现机器人状态的实时监控。系统测试结果表明,设计系统可以实时监控机器人状态,在多线程情况下的信息接收时间间隔最短为60 s,可以满足机器人状态监控的远程化需求。
In order to meet the requirements of information and remote robot state monitoring,a real-time robot state monitoring system based on cloud computing is designed.The state acquisition sensor of infrastructure layer is used to collect robot state information,and Ethernet is used to transmit the collected robot state data to the data acquisition module.The Reactor model is used to develop the remote monitoring module of the system,and the identification result is presented to the user after identifying the robot state,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the robot state.The system test results show that the designed system can monitor the robot state in real time,and the minimum information receiving interval is 60 s in the case of multi-threading,which can meet the remote requirements of robot state monitoring.
