一种基于邻接面域分析的高频元件特征识别方法

摘要 为解决波导裂缝阵天线中高频元件因模型阵列多、特征耦合复杂导致制造特征自动识别速度慢、准确度差的问题,提出一种基于邻接面域分析的特征识别方法,分析了高频元件模型组成和特征耦合特点以及复杂耦合特征识别中的若干共性问题,提高了特征识别速度和准确度,解决了耦合特征识别异常的问题。采用UG/Open与MFC开发了特征识别软件,并通过对某型波导裂缝阵天线高频元件的测试进行了验证。 In order to solve the problem of slow automatic identification of manufacturing features and poor accuracy of high-frequency components due to the large number of model arrays and complex feature coupling in waveguide slot array antennas,a feature recognition method based on adjacency area analysis is proposed,and the model of high-frequency components is analyzed.The composition and feature coupling characteristics and some common problems in complex coupling feature recognition improve the speed and accuracy of feature recognition,and solve the problem of abnormal coupling feature recognition.The feature recognition software is developed by using UG/Open and MFC,and verifis by testing the high-frequency components of a certain type of waveguide slot array antenna.
