故障模式、影响及危害性分析在机动式雷达结构设计中的应用

摘要 尽早准确识别机动式雷达结构系统中的故障模式,开展危害性分析、制定改进措施、优化方案和进行详细设计,对提升雷达结构的可靠性具有重要意义。主要研究了如何在机动式雷达结构设计中应用功能和硬件故障模式、影响及危害性分析,提出分层级开展故障模式、影响及危害性分析的工作流程,并以机动式雷达的典型结构为例提出实施该项分析技术的途径,最后给出提高故障模式分析有效性的建议。 It is of great significance to improve the reliability of the radar structure to accurately identify the failure mode in the mobile radar structure system as soon as possible.Such as hazard analysis,formulate improvement measures,optimization of the scheme and detailed design.It mainly studies how to apply the functional and hardware failure mode,impact and hazard analysis in the structural design of mobile radar,and proposes a hierarchical work flow for failure mode,impact and hazard analysis,and takes the typical structure of mobile radar as the method of implementing this analysis technique is proposed by example,and finally the suggestions for improving the effectiveness of failure mode analysis are given.
