基于情景模拟的浅海中心平台火灾爆炸定量风险评估 被引量:1

摘要 针对浅海中心平台,采用HAZID方法开展危险辨识并确立火灾爆炸事故场景,采用CFD方法进行事故情景模拟,通过泄漏频率和点火频率确定火灾爆炸事故发生频率,进而进行风险计算,结合风险评估标准确定中心平台的初始风险等级。计算结果表明基于情景模拟的定量风险评估方法能够准确评估海洋平台火灾爆炸风险等级,对浅海中心平台风险评估、安全防护等具有重要参考价值。
