酸性电生功能水EFW对叶菜生长安全性及虫害防效评价

摘要 以菜心和鸡毛菜两种叶菜为试验材料,研究酸性电生功能水对其生长、品质及虫害防效的影响,探索喷施酸性电生功能水进行叶菜绿色无公害栽培的可行性。结果表明:与对照相比,酸性电生功能水处理可显著促进叶菜的生长及提高产量,弱酸性处理的产量低于强酸性处理,但二者差异不显著;酸性特别是弱酸性电生功能水更利于改善叶菜品质;酸性电生功能水能显著降低叶菜虫害的危害指数,其中强酸性处理的防治效果强于弱酸性处理,且与杀虫剂处理差异不显著;从主成分分析及环保、成本综合评价可知,弱酸性电生功能水为最优处理。总之,酸性电生功能水在海南干季叶菜栽培中安全、可行。 In order to explore the feasibility of acidic electrolyzed functional water on pollution-free cultivation of leafy vegetables, flowering Chinese cabbage and non-heading Chinese cabbage were used as experimental materials to study their growth, quality and pest control effect. The results showed that acidic electrolyzed functional water treatment could significantly promote the growth and yield of leaf vegetables compared with the control, the yield of weak acid treatment was lower than that of strong acid treatment, but no significant difference between them;acidic electrolyzed functional water, especially weak acidic treatment, was more conducive to improve the quality of leafy vegetables;electrolyzed functional water could significantly reduce the damage index of leaf vegetable pests, the strong acid treatment’ control effect was stronger than the weak acid treatment, and there was no significant difference under insecticide treatment;according to the principal component analysis, environmental protection and cost, the weak acid treatment was the best. In short, the acidic electrolyzed functional water is safe and feasible in the cultivation of leafy vegetables in dry season of Hainan.
