Characteristics of Precious Tree Species Phellodendron amurense and Its Seedling-Raising Techniques

为探究特色种质资源野生黄檗的播种育苗技术,扩大其种群数量,林场专业技术人员对黄檗特征特性了解掌握的基础上,在子午岭林区蒿咀铺林场采集黄檗种子11kg,通过种子处理、圃地选择、整地作床、播种育苗、苗期管理等方面进行育苗试验研究,并取得了成功。为大面积扩繁提供技术支撑,对扩大甘肃省这一特色种质资源具有重要意义。

Wild Phellodendron amurense is a characteristic germplasm resource.In order to explore the sowing and seedling-raising technology of wild Phellodendron amurense and expand its population, 11 kg of Phellodendron amurense seeds in Haozuipu Forest Farm of Ziwuling forest area were collected by the professional technicians based on the understanding of the characteristics of Phellodendron amurense, and an experiment of seedling-raising was successfully conducted in seed treatment, nursery selection, land preparation, sowing and seedling raising, seedling management, etc.This study provides a technical support for large-scale propagation, and it is of great significance to expand this characteristic germplasm resource in Gansu.
