摘要
本文基于Ansys Workbench分析了一种直流长时工作制的欠压脱扣器线圈温升,并通过物理样机实验验证了该分析的准确性。分析结果表明,通过仿真计算可以准确分析脱扣器线圈的温升参数,为快速高效设计最优的线圈提供理论基础。
Based on Ansys Workbench, this paper analyzes the coil’s temperature rising of an under-voltage release with DC long-time working system, and verifies the accuracy of the analysis through the physical prototype experiment. The analysis results show that the temperature rise parameters of the release’ s coil can be accurately analyzed through simulation calculation, which provides a theoretical basis for improving design efficiency of the coil.
