摘要
斯坦福自励发电机作为主电源或应急电源应用在很多领域,市场保有量大,其电压过高、过低或不稳定等异常故障排除困难。本文以使用SX440型自动调压器的UC系列自励发电机为研究对象,在分析其结构与工作原理的基础上,对其电压过高、过低或不稳定异常故障的原因进行梳理,并以故障树流程图的方式给出了排除故障的操作步骤,为人员维修该类故障提供指导和借鉴。
As the main power or emergency power supply, the STAMFORD self-excited generators are applied in many fields with a large market share, but it is difficult to troubleshoot its abnormal voltage.Based on the analysis of its mechanism and working principle,this paper takes a self-excited generator with sx440 automatic voltage regulator as research object to focus on its abnormal voltage faults, and lists the troubleshooting steps in the form of fault tree flow chart for different faults, which shall provide guidance and reference for maintenance.
