并列双转子混合励磁同步电机振动分析

摘要 本文对引入电励磁转子并列式双转子混合励磁同步电机的径向振动特性进行分析,介绍了该类电机特点,进行单永磁转子的磁场和力波解析,总结得出对于整机的部分电磁振动影响较大的力波的频率与阶次;引入电励磁转子侧使得整机磁场可调。针对双转子不同的磁场分布对通过有限元法仿真得到两者的径向电磁力波特性,将双转子的力波进行耦合谐响应分析,最后验证了关于双转子电机的电磁振动特性的解析以及由于电励磁侧转子引入导致整机的振动不对称的特点。 This paper analyzes the main radial vibration of parallel double-rotor hybrid synchronous motor with electric excitation rotor, introduces the characteristics of this kind of motor, analyzes the magnetic field and force wave of single permanent magnet rotor, and summarizes the frequency and order of the force wave that has a great influence on part of the electromagnetic vibration of the whole machine. Electric excitation rotor side is introduced to make the magnetic field of the whole machine adjustable. In view of the different magnetic field distribution of the double rotor, the radial electromagnetic forc e wave characteristics of the double rotor were simulated with the finite element method. The coupling harmonic response analysis of the force wave of the double rotor was carried out. Finally, the analysis of the electromagnetic vibration characteristics of the double rotor motor and the vibration asymmetry of the whole machine due to the introduction of the electrically excited side rotor are verified.
