摘要
以舰船异步电动机轴承故障、定子绕组匝间短路、转子断条等故障为研究对象,介绍其产生与分类。针对不同故障类型,梳理了目前主要的故障诊断方法,并进行归纳比较。最后,就基于数据驱动的异步电动机故障诊断技术发展趋势进行了展望。
This paper introduced the marine asynchronous motor faults, such as bearing fault, stator winding inter-turn short circuit and broken rotor bar. According to the different fault types, the main fault diagnosis techniques were summarized and compared. Finally, the fault diagnosis technology based on data drive was prospected.
