摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备了耐高低温、高流动、低吸水的尼龙6(PA6)管夹料,研究了增韧剂含量、成核剂母粒含量和增韧剂种类对管夹料性能的影响。结果表明,随着增韧剂含量的增加,管夹料的断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度逐渐增加,熔体流动速率和平衡吸水率逐渐降低;当增韧剂的质量分数达到4%时,管夹料出现脆-韧转变;当增韧剂质量分数达到6%时,管夹料的综合力学性能最优,管夹样件耐高低温不变形;当成核剂母粒质量分数为10%时,管夹料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量分别提高了25.45%,51.43%和25%,而23℃和–40℃缺口冲击强度分别降低了18.18%和33.33%,管夹料有较低的平衡吸水率,管夹样件耐高低温不变形;使用低温增韧剂N413,管夹料在低温下有更好的表现,管夹样件耐高低温不变形。当成核剂母粒E5073/低温增韧剂N413质量比为10/6时,PA6管夹料的综合力学性能最优,吸水率较低,管夹样件耐高低温不变形。
The polyamide 6(PA6)pipe clamp with high and low temperature resistance,high flow and low water absorption was prepared by twin screw extruder,and the effects of toughening agent content,nucleating agent and toughening agent types on the performance of pipe clamp were studied.The results show that the elongation at break and impact strength increase,while the melt index and equilibrium water absorption decrease with the increase of toughener content.When the content of toughener reaches 4wt%,the brittle-ductile transition appeares in the pipe clamp material.When the content of toughener reaches 6wt%,the pipe clamp material has the best comprehensive mechanical properties,at same times the pipe clamp sample is resistant to high and low temperature without deformation.When the content of nucleating agent master batch is 10wt%,the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus increases of the pipe clamp material by 25.45%,51.43%and 25%respectively,while the notched impact strength decreases by 18.18%at 23℃and 33.33%at–40℃.At this point,the performance of the material in resisting deformation at high temperature is better,at same times the pipe clamp sample is resistant to high and low temperature without deformation;With low temperature toughener N413,the pipe clamp material has better performance at low temperature,at same times the pipe clamp sample is resistant to high and low temperature without deformation.The conclusions are as follows:when the nucleating agent master batch E5073/low temperature toughening agent N413=10/6(wt%),the comprehensive mechanical properties of PA6 pipe clamp material is the best,and the water absorption rate of pipe clamp material is lower,at same times the pipe clamp sample is resistant to high and low temperature without deformation.
