摘要
为得到形貌多样的高分子微球,采用聚己内酯(PCL)/二氯甲烷(DCM)/乙醇、PCL/DCM/正庚烷、PCL/DCM/乙醇/正庚烷作为母液,分别考察二元和三元溶剂-非溶剂体系下,不同溶剂组成对静电喷雾技术得到PCL颗粒形貌的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜表征产品颗粒的形貌。实验结果表明,非溶剂乙醇和正庚烷的加入均会对PCL颗粒形貌产生影响,在不同组成的DCM/乙醇/正庚烷三元溶剂-非溶剂体系下,得到了孔状、碗状、扁平状、多孔状等多种形貌的PCL颗粒,在药物载体、催化剂载体和离子吸附等方面有着广泛的应用。从形貌演变、Pe准数两个方面对产生这一现象的原因进行了机理分析。
In order to obtain polymer microspheres with diverse morphology,polycaprolacone(PCL)/dichloromethane(DCM)/ethanol,PCL/DCM/n-heptane,PCL/DCM/ethanol/n-heptane as mother solution were used to investigate the effects of different solvent compositions on the morphology of PCL particles obtained by electrospraying under the binary and ternary solvent-nonsolvent system.The particle morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that the addition of nonsolvent ethanol and n-heptane have an effect on the morphology of PCL particles.In the DCM/ethanol/n-heptane ternary solvent-nonsolvent system with different compositions,PCL particles with pore,bowl,flat and porous morphology are obtained,which have a wide range of applications in drug carrier,catalyst carrier and ion adsorption.The mechanism of this phenomenon is analyzed from two aspects of morphology evolution and Peclet number.
