聚氨酯胶粘剂在陶瓷增强树脂基抗弹复合材料中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂和聚氨酯胶粘剂“二次处理”氧化铝陶瓷,制备了陶瓷增强树脂基抗弹复合材料,研究了聚氨酯胶粘剂对陶瓷增强树脂基抗弹复合材料层间剪切强度以及冲击性能的影响。实验结果表明,优化聚氨酯胶粘剂“二次处理”工艺能够改善陶瓷与树脂基复合材料间的界面结合,且处理液层作为过渡粘结层,能够提高陶瓷增强树脂基抗弹复合材料层间剪切强度以及冲击性能。聚氨酯胶粘剂A,B两个组分质量配比为4∶1.4时,胶层厚度为1 mm,采用8 h以上反应时间,制备的陶瓷增强抗弹树脂基复合材料的抗弹性能达到最佳。 Alumina ceramics were retreated with silane coupling agent and polyurethane adhesive to prepare ceramic-reinforced resin ballistic resistance composites.The effects of polyurethane adhesive on interlaminar shear strength and impact resistance of ceramic-reinforced resin ballistic resistance composites were studied.The experimental results show that the interface bonding between ceramic and resin matrix composites can be improved by optimizing the“secondary treatment”process of polyurethane adhesive,and the interlaminar shear strength and impact resistance of ceramic reinforced resin matrix composites can be improved by treating the liquid layer as the transition bonding layer.When the mass ratio of polyurethane adhesive A and B is 4∶1.4,the thickness of adhesive layer is 1 mm,and the reaction time is more than 8 h,the impact resistance of ceramic reinforced resin matrix composites can reach the best.
