某型飞机PCU系统故障分析及解决措施

摘要 本文阐述了PCU系统组成及制造装配工艺流程,经对测试数据进行统计分析,确定了PCU系统装机后调试超差故障主要为驾驶杆横向静态特性超差,分析了造成数据超差的原因,制定了一系列工艺改进措施,可为飞机系统同类问题的解决提供参考。 This paper expounds the composition of PCU system as well as the manufacturing and assembly process procedures.Subject to the statistics and analysis of test data,it is determined that the debugging fault of PCU system after installation is mainly due to the out-of-tolerance of lateral static characteristics of the control stick.This paper analyzes the cause of data out-of-tolerance and formulates a series of process improvement measures,which can be referred to the solution of similar problems of aircraft systems.
