摘要
本文通过电子显微镜、显微硬度计、粗糙度仪和划痕仪等技术手段研究了常见前处理对TC4钛合金化学镀镍层性能的影响。结果表明:TC4钛合金采用微弧氧化前处理比常规活化、表面活化、二次浸锌、活化预镀镍前处理后生成的化学镀镍层的综合性能都要好;随着微弧氧化时间的延长,其对应化学镀镍层的厚度、硬度、结合力、耐蚀性均会增加。
This paper studies the micro-arc oxidation,activation of generally conventional,surface activation,the second dip zinc activation,conventional activated pre-nickel and none pre-treatment methods on the titanium surface chemistry of nickel-plated performance by the electron microscope,microhardness tester,surface roughness measuring instrument and nick instrument.The experimental results show the combination property of the micro-arc oxidation pre-treatment performance of the chemical nickel titanium is better than the rest.The thickness,hardness,binding force and the stain resistance can be increased by overtime of the micro-arc oxidation.
