摘要
分析了固定床、流化床、气流床等主流煤气化工艺在实际应用和发展过程中的优势和不足。从提升煤气化技术和煤种匹配性、开发气化黑水和灰水余热利用和处理技术新路径、优化气化废渣处置技术及资源化利用等方面阐述了煤气化技术应用现状和发展趋势,以期为我国煤气化技术的可持续发展提供参考。
The advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream coal gasification process in the practical application and development process are analyzed.This paper expounds the application status and development trend of coal gasification technology from the aspects of improving the matching of coal gasification technology and coal species,developing the new path of waste heat utilization and treatment technology of gasification black water and gray water,and optimizing the disposal technology and resource utilization of gasification waste residue,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of coal gasification technology in China.
