摘要
在石油化工领域,加氢装置换热器是一个至关重要的组成部分。但是在该换热器的具体应用中,很多因素都会对其产生不良影响,从而引发相应的故障。一旦此类换热器故障得不到及时的判断和处理,不仅会影响装置运行,同时也存在很大程度的安全隐患。基于此,对此类换热器的故障诊断措施进行分析,包括故障的危害性、影响因素、诊断模型的建立及其故障诊断实验。
In the petrochemical field,the heat exchanger of the hydrogenation unit is a crucial component.However,in the specific application of the heat exchanger,many factors will have adverse effects on it,resulting in corresponding failures.Once such heat exchanger failures are not judged and dealt with in time,it will not only affect the operation of the device,but also have a large degree of potential safety hazards.Based on this,this paper analyzes the fault diagnosis measures of this type of heat exchanger,including the harmfulness of the fault,the influencing factors,the establishment of the diagnosis model and the fault diagnosis experiment.
