摘要 某海上油田是油田群的集输中心,装有三甘醇超重力机和三甘醇接触塔两套天然气脱水设备以及一套三甘醇再生系统。当处理气量达到设计处理量时,两套脱水设备单独运转时,外输气水露点及三甘醇损耗量均不达标;二者并联运转后,三甘醇损耗量降至46L/d(达标值50L/d),但外输气露点仍高达5.5℃(达标值-5℃)。通过对三甘醇再生系统能力校核,发现再生系统能力已不满足处理需求,后续需进行扩容改造。 An offshore oil field is the gathering and Transportation Center of an oil field group.There are two sets of natural gas dehydration equipment and a triethylene glycol regeneration system installed in the triethylene glycol high gravity machine and triethylene glycol contact tower.When the treated gas capacity reached the designed capacity,the water dew point and the triethylene glycol loss of the two sets of dehydrating equipment were not up to the standard when the two sets of dehydrating equipment were operated separately,however,the dew point of external gas transmission is still as high as 5.5℃(-5℃).After checking the capacity of triethylene glycol regeneration system,it is found that the capacity of regeneration system can not meet the demand of treatment.
