基于碳量子点的金属离子检测

摘要 开发经济、灵敏、选择性和寿命长的金属离子传感器受到广泛关注,因为传统的检测方法涉及复杂的仪器和苛刻的样品制备程序。碳量子点(CDs)已被报道用于灵敏和选择性地检测金属离子,综述了CDs作为金属离子传感器的应用。利用各种碳源和各种合成通道可以制备得到CDs。由于CDs的表面氧基团与金属离子发生配位,所以CDs被证明是有效的比色和荧光传感材料。N、S、B等杂原子掺杂,可以进一步增强其对金属检测的能力。因此,设计具有低检测限和择性传感特性的CDs引起了人们极大的兴趣。 The development of economical,sensitive,selective,and long-lived metal ion sensors has received widespread attention from chemists,as conventional detection methods involve sophisticated instrumentation and demanding sample preparation procedures.Carbon dots(CDs)have been reported for the sensitive and selective detection of metal ions,and are reviewed here for the applications of CDs as metal ion sensors.CDs can be prepared using various carbon sources and various synthetic channels.Since the surface oxygen groups of CDs coordinate with metal ions,CDs are shown to be effective in colorimetric and fluorescence sensing materials.The heteroatom doping,such as N,S and B,can further enhance their ability to detect metals.Therefore,great interest is designing CDs with low detection limits and selective sensing properties.
