摘要
网络舆情话题的传播机理与传染病的扩散机理类似,研究舆情话题的传播机理有助于相关部门的决策部署。分析了舆情话题传播过程中用户情绪的变化趋势,在传统的SEIR(susceptible,exposed,infected and removed)模型的基础上,考虑舆情话题在传播过程中受到用户情绪的影响,使用信息熵来刻画影响传播率的用户情绪,提出了一个具有动态传播率的传播模型;从模型的角度分析了网络舆情传播的关键节点,为相关部门提供了决策的理论依据。根据真实的网络话题进行了实证分析,结果表明,提出的模型能够较好地模拟出真实传播趋势,验证了模型的合理性。
The spread mechanism of internet public opinion is similar to that of infectious diseases.The study of the spread mechanism of public opinion is conducive to the decision-making and deployment of relevant departments.We analyze the changing trend of user's emotion in the spread of public opinion.Then,considering the influence of user's emotion in the process of public opinion topic communication,we use information entropy to describe the user's emotion that affects the infection rate.A modified dynamic model based on the traditional susceptible,exposed,infected and removed(SEIR)model is proposed.Finally,we analyze the key nodes of the transmission networks from the perspective of the model,and provide some suggestions for relevant departments.By using the real network topics for empirical analysis,we find that the model proposed in this paper can simulate the real trend of communication well,which verifies the rationality of our model.
