摘要
使用原子荧光法对标准物质芹菜(GBW 10048)中汞的测量不确定度进行评估。标准物质芹菜(GBW 10048)经过前处理,然后使用原子荧光检测,外标法定量,在包含因子k的值为2,置信水平为0.95的条件下,试验的扩展不确定度为0.00084 mg/kg。原子荧光法测定芹菜(GBW 10048)中汞含量结果范围为0.0151~0.0157 mg/kg,平均值为0.0154 mg/kg,符合标准物质证书对其认定值和不确定度的要求。汞含量测量不确定度的主要因素包括汞标准溶液的配制和由校正标准曲线检测引入的不确定度。
The measurement uncertainty of mercury in celery(GBW 10048)was evaluated by atomic fluorescence method.The standard substance celery(GBW 10048)was pre-treated,and then quantitated by atomic fluorescence detection and external standard method.Under the condition that the value of factor k was 2 and the confidence level was 0.95,the extended uncertainty of this experiment was 0.00084 mg/kg.Atomic fluorescence determination of mercury content in celery(GBW 10048)results range from 0.0151~0.0157 mg/kg,the average value was 0.0154 mg/kg,in line with the standard substance certificate of its determination value and uncertainty requirements.The main factors of mercury measurement uncertainty include the preparation of mercury standard solution and the uncertainty introduced by calibration standard curve detection.
