无人机倾斜测量在不动产权确定中的应用及不同方法对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 不动产权确定是经济发展和地理信息管理的基础,地形测绘是不动产权确定的必备手段。文中分析了不同不动产测绘方法的优劣性,并结合实际案例,对比研究了常规测量方法和无人机倾斜测量方法的测量精度和测量效率的差异性。结果表明无人机倾斜测量方法不仅操作简便,不受天气环境影响,而且测量精度高于常规测量方法,在测量时间方面也优于常规方法。该结论可为不动产权的确定提供理论和测绘方法参考。 The determination of real estate property right is the basis of economic development and geographic information management,and topographic mapping is a necessary means to determine real estate property right. This paper discusses and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different real estate surveying and mapping methods, and combined with practical cases, compares and studies the differences of measurement accuracy and efficiency between conventional measurement methods and UAV tilt measurement methods. The results show that the UAV tilt measurement method is not only simple and convenient to operate and not affected by the weather environment, but also has higher measurement accuracy and better measurement time than the conventional method. The conclusion provides a theoretical and mapping method reference for the determination of real estate property rights.
