Quality Control Analysis of Rotary Digging Pile in Civil Engineering Construction

旋挖桩在施工过程中问题频发,需引起行业相关人员和部门的高度重视。文中针对旋挖桩的护筒埋设、成孔工艺、水下混凝土浇筑控制要点、桩基质量检测以及常见事故预防与处理等方面,对旋挖桩在土建工程施工中的质量控制进行了重点论述,为旋挖桩在工程中的实际应用提供参考。

Rotary pile construction process problems occur frequently, need to arouse the attention of relevant personnel and departments. This paper focus on the following aspects: the casing embedding of Rotary digging pile, the hole-forming technology, the key points of underwater concrete pouring control, the quality inspection of pile foundation, and the prevention and treatment of common accidents, the quality control of rotary digging pile in civil engineering construction is discussed in this paper in order to provide reference for practical application of rotary digging pile.
