佛山市南海区某污水处理厂扩容工程工艺设计

摘要 佛山市南海区某污水处理厂扩容工程设计规模为3.0万m^(3)/d,该工程面临用地紧张、进水水质波动大、出水水质要求高以及需要与已建工程合理衔接等难题,为此设计了由二级生物处理和深度处理组成的工艺系统。在二级生物反应段采用了多模式AAO工艺,根据进水情况灵活调整运行模式,有效应对进水水量、水质波动问题,强化生物脱氮除磷效果。在深度处理段采用了处理效率高、占地省的高效沉淀池+精密过滤器工艺,以确保出水满足GB18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准及广东省地方标准DB44/26-2001《水污染物排放限值》第二时段的一级标准中的较严值。同时,通过高度集约化的构筑物布置和厂区布局,进一步满足用地面积要求。 The design scale of a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) expansion project in Nanhai district Foshan city is 30000 m3/d. There are three major technical problems lying in the project: limited site area;influent qualit and demanding water quality for the effluent;reasonable connection with existing projects. Therefore, a process system composed of secondary biological treatment and tertiary treatment is designed. Multi-mode AAO process is adopted in the secondary treatment section, to cope with fluctuant influent quantity and quality and enhance the effect of denitrification and phosphorus removal. In tertiary treatment section. high efficiency sedimentation and fine filtration are adopted to ensure that all indicators of final discharge are superior to the first level A criteria in Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002) and the first level criteria of the second stage specified in Discharge limits of water pollutants(DB44/26-2001) in Guangdong Province. Besides, a highly intensive plant layout is designed to meet land use requirement.
