As one of the core issues of digital government construction,e-government service platform are valuable in promoting the transformation of government functions,optimizing the business environment,making it easier for the public and so on.Based on the framework of innovation elements,967 articles at home and abroad are systematically analyzed from the aspects of motivation,subject,content,method and performance,demonstrating the research landscape of the field.In general,scholars have conducted rich and systematic discussions on e-government service platform construction,which become the research foundation of this field.In the future,researches should be further deepened on the basis of combining theory with practice.
