Analysis and product development of four needle bed knitting of fully formed wool fabrics

二针床毛纺织品普遍存在编织效率低、物料浪费多等缺点,为此研究了全成形毛纺织品的关键编织工艺。基于四针床电脑横机,针对针织全成形工艺,对全成形针织机的基本针法进行研究,分析四针床针织机的基本编织工艺以及全成形编织变化针法,对全成形毛纺织品编织分析与产品开发进行研究。

In view of that two needle bed woolen fabrics generally have the disadvantages of low knitting efficiency and much material waste,the key knitting technology of fully formed woolen fabrics is studied.Based on the four needle bed computerized flat knitting machine,aiming at the full forming process of knitting,the basic needle method of the full forming knitting machine is studied,and the basic knitting process and the change needle method of the full forming knitting machine are analyzed.The weaving analysis and product development of fully formed woolen fabrics are studied.
