Strategic Thinking on the Current Economic Situation and the Integrated Development of Digital Economy and Real Economy

当前国内外经济发展形势中有多重不确定性的交织,在疫情防控常态化、推进经济向中高速高质量发展,以及面临需求收缩、供给冲击与预期转弱三重压力背景下,对于我国“十四五”规划与2035年远景目标的实现,经济发展的压舱促稳与提质增效是首要保障。结合现实发展需要,数字经济与实体经济的融合需进一步加深与优化。数字经济与实体经济的深度融合,战略层面上的基本考虑需紧紧把握三个重要视角:一是重视以制度创新打开科技创新潜力空间;二是要充分认识“互联网+”与“+互联网”的产业发展大势而抓住重点;三是实施必要的政策优化支持,守正出奇地实现现代化强国建设目标。

The current economic development situation at home and abroad is intertwined with multiple uncertainties.Under the background of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,promoting of medium-to-high-speed and high-quality development of economy,and facing triple pressure of demand contraction,supply shock and expectation weakening,the ballast stabilization and the improvement of quality and efficiency of economic development are the primary guarantees for the realization of China’s“14th Five-Year Plan”and the longterm goal of 2035.Combined with the actual development needs,the integration of the digital economy and the real economy needs to be further deepened and optimized.For the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,the basic considerations at the strategic level need to firmly grasp three important perspectives as follows:firstly,paying attention to opening up the potential space for scientific and technological innovation through institutional innovation;secondly,obtaining a full understanding of“Internet+”and“+Internet”,and concentrating on crucial points;thirdly,offering necessary support on policy optimization,and achieving the goal of building a modern and powerful country.
