具有细胞多形性和微囊形成的中分化松果体实质肿瘤1例并文献复习
Pineal parenchymal tumor of intermediate differentiation with cellular pleomorphism and microcapsule formation:a case report and literature review
摘要
中分化松果体实质肿瘤(pineal parenchymal tumor of intermediate differentiation,PPTID)是一类比较罕见的神经系统肿瘤,由Schild等^([1])于1993年最先提出的,具有潜在的侵袭能力。PPTID约占松果体主质细胞起源肿瘤的20%,但仅占颅内肿瘤的0.02%~0.06%^([2])。国内报道48例,大部分为影像学研究,仅25例对其病理学特征进行了分析。其组织学特征介于松果体细胞瘤和松果体母细胞瘤之间,或兼有松果体细胞瘤和松果体母细胞瘤混合肿瘤。
