低碳约束下长江经济带邮政速递物流效率评价 被引量:1

摘要 从低碳约束的角度出发,建立邮政速递物流效率评价指标体系,运用三阶段DEA模型剔除环境因素和随机因素影响后,从纯技术效率、规模效率和综合效率三个方面评价2016~2019年长江经济带11个省份邮政速递的物流发展水平.结果表明,有必要利用SFA模型剔除环境因素和随机因素对邮政速递物流效率产生的影响;11个省份邮政速递的纯技术效率均比较高,规模效率偏低是导致上游和中游省份邮政速递物流效率偏低的主要原因;从时间和空间角度上看,大部分省份邮政速递的物流效率呈现出缓慢增长趋势,但是物流效率地域差异较大,呈现出东高西低的现状. From the perspective of restriction of low carbon,this paper established the evaluation index system of postal express logistics efficiency,the three-stage DEA model was used to evaluate the logistics development level of postal express in 11 provinces of the Yangtze River economic belt from 2016 to 2019 from three aspects:pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency after eliminating the influence of environmental factors and random factors.The results showed that it was necessary to eliminate the influence of environmental factors and random factors on the logistics efficiency of postal express by using SFA model.Under the restriction of low carbon,the pure technical efficiency of postalexpress delivery in 11 provinces was relatively high,and the low scale efficiency was the main reason for the low logistics efficiency of postal express delivery in the upstream and midstream provinces.From the perspective of time and space,the logistics efficiency of postal express in most provinces showed a gradual increasing trend,but the regional differences in logistics efficiency were large,showing the current situation of high in the East and low in the West.
