高职院校人才柔性引进工作探析

On Flexible Talent Recruitment in Higher Vocational Colleges

面对“双高计划”“创建本科”“提质培优”等任务压力和发展契机,许多高职院校急需破解高层次人才短缺以及人才刚性引进困难的尴尬处境。人才柔性引进于是成为当前许多高职院校用来支持自身内涵建设与快速发展的重要策略。近年来,高职院校在柔性引才上各显神通,探索出诸多行之有效的实施措施,但也面临着不少问题,需要总结经验、研究对策、寻找办法加以解决。

Facing the pressure and development opportunities of“double-high construction”,“upgrading construction”and“quality enhancement and excellence fostering”,many higher vocational colleges urgently need to solve the embarrassing situation of lacking high-level talents and struggling to conduct rigid talent recruitment.As a result,flexible talent recruitment has become an important strategy used by many higher vocational colleges to support their own connotation construction and rapid development.In recent years,higher vocational colleges have shown their prowess in flexible talent recruitment and explored many effective implementation measures,but in the process,they have also encountered many problems,requiring us to sum up experience,study countermeasures and find solutions.
