甲状腺乳头状癌合并朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症2例

摘要 1病例简介病例1,男,30岁,主诉:颈部肿块1个月。体格检查:甲状腺左叶扪及肿块,质硬,边界不清,无压痛,随吞咽上下移动。甲状腺功能减退。CT示甲状腺左叶占位并下方软组织结节。超声提示:甲状腺左叶结节考虑甲状腺癌[甲状腺影像报告与数据系统(thyroid imaging reporting and data system,TI-RADS)4b类]合并前方浅肌层侵犯,左颈部VI区淋巴结考虑恶性(图1A~C)。
